Born and raised in America's heartland, I am now a resident in northern
California. I write primarily country songs, but I also have a few blues
and rock songs to my credit.
My music has been reviewed in the following publications:
Rocktober and Lumpen House Magazines; Chicago, Illinois
Garage and Beat Magazine; Los Angeles.
Additionally, songs I have written are included in artist Kelly Kuvo's "Now Playing" exhibit at the Agnes B. Gallerie du Jour in Paris, France.
Besides songwriting, I have played the character of "Big Dawg" in 2 independent
films. Big Dawg is an old blues stringer who mentors a group of blues musicians
on their road to the top of the blues charts. These films are:
Low Down Dirty D.A.W.G.S produced by Ian Marshall and introduced
at the New York Underground Film Festival with a live performance
at legendary CBGB's
Street Boogie produced by Jeff Jenson and filmed in historic
Lawrence, Kansas and New York City
